The Egg Hunt 2024

PC Download Instructions ------------------------------------------------------

1. Download the game using the PC download button found on this page.
2. Ignore popups from this site.
3. Navigate to your downloads folder and Unzip the game file.
4. Once you have unzipped the folder, navigate to the EasterEggHunt2024 application and click on it. 
5. The system will warn you that the application was made by an unknown developer. Go ahead and press the -> More Info -> Run Anyway.
   This will start the application! 

MacOS Download Instructions ------------------------------------------------

If you are on MacOS you may be able to run the application on your computer however, this will require some additional steps.

1. Download the game using the download button found on this page.
2. Ignore popups from this site.
3. Navigate to your downloads folder and Unzip the Mac Build4-25-24-1.0.app.zipfile.
4. Press the 'Command' + 'Spacebar' and type: Terminal. This will bring up a terminal window.  In a small window. 
5. Open finder, navigate to the 'Mac Build4-25-24-1.0.app' which you unzipped. Click on the 'Mac Build4-25-24-1.0.app' and drag it into the terminal window you opened in the previous step. This will run the app as an administrator.
   
   This should cause the application to begin running, however you may be given an error, "User does not have permissions" or, "Cannot run application".
   
   To remedy the "User does not have permissions" you may be able to right click the 'Mac Build4-25-24-1.0.app' and choose, ->'Get Info'.  Double check the permissions for your user. Unlock your security and change your user to -> Can Read/Write. Now try again to run the application. 
   
   The game was not optimized for mac and this may not work, however I hope that the following fixes will allow you to play my game and enjoy!
